Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will predominantly include adults aged 18 and over, often facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions that affect their ability to thrive in the community. By employing a recovery-based approach, you will support them in overcoming barriers to their mental health and help them reintegrate fully into society.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record associated with your license.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interaction.
