Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, fully licensed credential in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• Strong computer literacy skills to efficiently navigate our all-in-one therapist platform.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling, solution-focused therapy, and working with adult populations may be better positioned to thrive in this role. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
