Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for patients to determine their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, employing evidence-based methods to address acute emotional and psychological issues.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that help clients enhance their coping strategies and promote overall mental wellness.

• Partner with medical professionals, social workers, and community organizations to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives, including mental health awareness campaigns and wellness workshops aimed at reducing stigma and enhancing community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of adults, adolescents, and families facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. You will work closely with patients by establishing strong therapeutic alliances to facilitate effective treatment outcomes and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar discipline is highly preferred.

• Proven capability to understand and address the unique mental health challenges faced by individuals seeking care in a health clinic environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effectively engaging with clients and working alongside a diverse healthcare team.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
