Work Environment\n

The LPC will primarily work in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while still being an integral part of our team. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend appointments when necessary to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining professional yet empathetic relationships that inspire trust and promote therapeutic growth.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• Proficiency in various computer systems and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to support effective practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual compensation of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, Mind Cache Clinic provides a comprehensive benefits package including:
