Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Actively engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies and share best practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and research to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 70,000 and 90,000 based on experience and caseload. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, and the ability to receive numerous client referrals.
