Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that treatment plans effectively address their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software efficiently.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and education sessions to stay current with evolving mental health research and methodologies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that foster positive patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCPC will provide support to a diverse range of clients, with a focus on underserved populations who may not have adequate access to mental health services. You will address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders, tailoring your approach based on individual circumstances and treatment needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
