Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will encompass a variety of crucial tasks aimed at fostering mental health and recovery:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and intervention for clients.

• Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available resources to enhance understanding and support.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification, facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise will directly impact their healing and recovery journey, making a significant difference in their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a comparable credential.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field is required, with further education being beneficial.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care principles.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and formulating evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering an open and supportive environment for clients.

• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and possessing basic computer skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, candidates with experience working within detoxification settings and knowledge of substance use disorders will be prioritized. Familiarity with group therapy facilitation and family system dynamics is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
