Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address challenges, and prepare for future appointments or discharge as needed.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are centered on the client’s unique needs and goals, continuously monitoring their effectiveness.

• Document and maintain accurate progress notes and treatment records for each client in compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients and identify their specific mental health needs.

• Engage in consistent individual supervision and participate in collaborative case reviews to enhance service delivery.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your role will involve tailoring interventions that respect their individual experiences and cultures. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling, counseling psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for client management, including spreadsheet applications and electronic medical record systems.
