Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure constructive therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan future appointments or discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, aligning them with the goals and needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including progress notes for each client, adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather relevant background data and develop an understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance professional skills and develop a deeper understanding of therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice is committed to serving a wide range of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. As an LPC at Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center, you will work with individuals who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and other emotional or psychological struggles. We aim to create a safe and supportive atmosphere where clients can grow and heal as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation with no restrictions.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Competency with computer systems, including Excel for data tracking, RMS for clinical management, Outlook for communication, and PIMSY for client management.
\n
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort with performing intake assessments and evaluating client needs.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in diverse therapeutic modalities and psychosocial assessments.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other digital health tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening in all interactions.
