Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and establish rapport.

• Develop tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and building resilience, ensuring patient-centered care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that guide patients through trauma processing, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each patient's needs.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective care delivery.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to support recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
