Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver group, family, and individual therapy sessions using evidence-supported therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care that addresses the complex needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Thrive Wellness, you will work primarily with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. This includes clients dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.

• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
