Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Tidemark Health and Wellness, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client mental health status and needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals and challenges.

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using varied therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

• Establishing therapeutic goals alongside clients and regularly monitoring their progress to adapt strategies as necessary.

• Offering teletherapy to accommodate clients who prefer or require virtual sessions, enhancing accessibility for those with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation to uphold ethical standards and track client progress effectively.
\n
• Participating in continuous professional development to keep abreast of current best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, understanding and addressing their unique stories, challenges, and healing journeys. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, or specialization in certain areas such as adolescent mental health or addiction counseling will be considered an asset. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous in managing client documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with expertise and workload. Our compensation package includes:
