Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients while establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships to facilitate effective therapy.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, plan upcoming appointments, and determine discharge readiness.
\n
• Develop, implement, and adjust person-centered treatment plans that address individual client needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues and determine appropriate treatment modalities.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices and the specific requirements of each patient.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive regular feedback.
\n
• Collaborate meaningfully with other healthcare providers to create integrated care plans that attend to all facets of our clients' health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and mental health challenges. This includes adults facing anxiety and depression, children in need of support, and families seeking guidance through life's complexities. Your expertise will be essential in fostering their healing and growth, thereby positively impacting the community at large.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Your current, unrestricted, and independent LPC licensure.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with software like Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, as well as comfort with performing intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience with specific modalities or populations could be an asset to your application. Familiarity with evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, or particular therapeutic approaches will enhance your effectiveness within our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, alongside a fee-for-service compensation model that ensures guaranteed rates with no delays in reimbursement. Benefits include:
