Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a diverse client caseload, establishing rapport and effective therapeutic relationships while upholding the highest professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and oversee personalized treatment programs in collaboration with clients, ensuring their active participation in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for each client, including ongoing progress notes and treatment updates.

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Ensure a predetermined number of individual therapy sessions each week, contributing to a supportive environment for clients.

• Engage in regular one-on-one supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and explore professional development opportunities.

The LPC will work with a varied patient population, including adults, children, and families, each presenting unique challenges and requiring tailored interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, unrestricted and independent.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology and software systems such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Confidence and competence in conducting thorough intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be considered a plus. Familiarity with managing caseloads in fast-paced environments will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. Mind and Body Connect Wellness Center offers a fee-for-service compensation model providing guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring no waiting for reimbursement.
