This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing compassionate care to clients at our associated Hospice Center. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments to identify clients' needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on emotional well-being and psychological growth.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, enabling clients to explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, social workers, and community resources, to ensure integrated care and support.

• Offering crisis intervention during periods of acute mental health distress, ensuring client safety and stability.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions and pathways to recovery, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of treatment processes, client progress, and confidentiality standards to comply with ethical practices.

• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to promote continuous improvement in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with individuals dealing with diverse mental health challenges, ranging from chronic mental illness to situational life stressors. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least two years of relevant work experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a clinical or community setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, their diagnosis, and contemporary treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building connections with clients and families.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote and team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
