Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that may include individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of new clients to gather relevant information and create personalized treatment plans focusing on their unique circumstances and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide variety of clients, including individuals from different backgrounds and experiences with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess a current Washington State license, such as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent, demonstrating your qualifications to practice in our state.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike, facilitating a cooperative and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
