Work Environment\n

This role allows for remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each individual, creating tailored treatment plans that address specific issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, during individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate online psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster a sense of community and increase awareness about mental health concerns.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to integrate comprehensive care and ensure that all patient needs are met.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, ensuring that patients receive immediate and effective assistance.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic health records (EHR) systems, adhering to all privacy regulations and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss challenging cases and share knowledge for improved patient outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advances in mental health therapy to enhance therapeutic practices continuously.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and experience a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, behavioral issues, and chronic stress. As a counselor, you will engage with individuals, families, and couples, tailoring your approach to meet their distinct emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
\n
• Profound knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and assessment techniques.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to diverse populations and varying dilemmas, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to navigate electronic health records (EHR) systems with proficiency, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance.
\n
• Strong ethical commitment, sound judgment, and ability to maintain professional boundaries in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on outpatient mental health therapy.

• Experience leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes:
