As a remote provider in our outpatient office setting, you will operate in a dynamic and collaborative environment that supports both professional growth and client success. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and intake interviews, applying evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to formulate individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement and facilitate therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-supported techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other relevant compliance standards.

• Collaborate and communicate regularly with an interdisciplinary treatment team, contributing insights during case consultations to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in mental health care and therapeutic techniques to continually improve the effectiveness of your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a wide array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, providing care for various issues including post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and co-occurring disorders. Your ability to relate to and support a diverse patient demographic will be key to fostering resilience and promoting recovery among our clientele.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license in Washington State to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating the ability to adapt your methodologies according to each client’s distinctive requirements.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
