Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for your clients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions according to a consistent schedule, ensuring reliability and predictability for clients.
\n
• Collaborate with other clinicians in case discussions, utilizing shared insights to enhance your therapeutic methods and adapt to client needs.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and a maximum of eight participants per group, ensuring intimate and impactful therapeutic experiences.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and current methodologies in mental health counseling to achieve optimal client outcomes.
\n
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain compliance with licensing and organizational requirements.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking out free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adolescents and young adults who are facing various mental health challenges. This includes addressing issues such as trauma, emotional distress, and substance use disorders. By utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches, you will play a critical role in fostering resilience and aiding in the healing process for this vulnerable demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of a valid therapeutic license such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• Flexibility to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you select the 1099 contractor position or the W2 employment option.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Experience with telehealth platforms and a willingness to embrace technology in delivering mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with adolescents or young adults in a therapeutic setting.

• Understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Previous experience in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
