Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing tools such as the DSM-5 and evidence-based screening questionnaires.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, ensuring therapeutic goals are both effective and achievable.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational consultants, to ensure continuity of care and holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily targets children and adolescents dealing with a spectrum of psychiatric and behavioral challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and learning disabilities. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 76,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
