Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and interviews with new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that cater to the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes, closing summaries, and transfer summaries, to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Contribute to the Behavioral Health Department's special programs by coordinating and managing services that enhance patient care.
\n
• Collaborate with community organizations and resources to develop and implement preventive mental health services that address emerging needs.
\n
• Utilize tools and platforms designed for telehealth to efficiently deliver care, track outcomes, and engage with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, while being sensitive and responsive to the unique complexities of addiction, homelessness, and post-traumatic stress in your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) is a must, with up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements and supervision guidelines.

• Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in delivering mental health services in a clinical setting, with a focus on crisis management.

• Strong understanding of addiction issues and their implications in therapeutic practices.
\n
• Commitment to treating clients and colleagues with respect, demonstrating empathy and support in even the most challenging situations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with underrepresented communities and understanding the cultural factors impacting mental health.

• Prior experience in telehealth settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our mission.
