Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy—to deliver effective therapy sessions tailored to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Your primary focus will be on supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure in the state of Florida is essential.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is required.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
