Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address clients’ diverse needs.

• Facilitate group therapy, family sessions, and one-on-one meetings, customizing approaches to suit various demographics and situations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each client, engaging in regular team meetings to discuss treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software for efficient workflows.

• Participate in ongoing training workshops to stay informed about the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
