Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brevard Family Counseling Services, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Carrying a manageable caseload of clients and establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress, address any challenges, and schedule follow-up appointments or discharge plans when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies and best practices.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to ascertain client needs and begin the therapeutic process.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Participating in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice and enhance professional growth.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care integration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves youth and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n
