Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Betis, you will be working primarily with youth and families facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas is essential to practice.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on qualifications and caseload availability.
