Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups. Utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including psychologists, social workers, and community resources, to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and pursue opportunities for continual growth in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards surrounding mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with the potential for growth based on experience and caseload. Additionally, you will have access to:
