Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, including risk assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure their goals are met.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couple, and family counseling through virtual platforms.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and school counselors, to create cohesive treatment strategies.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment evaluations, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous education through training sessions and professional development workshops to remain current with therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health care.

• Participate actively in staff meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and support within the clinic.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gentle Strength, you will work with a diverse patient population characterized by a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
