Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive holistic support across their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and high-quality service.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the chance to work with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. You will support clients dealing with short-term difficulties such as stress management and work-life balance, helping them navigate their individual journeys towards emotional stability and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Extensive experience in assessment, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding abilities and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
