Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions (including family and couples therapy) via telehealth, ensuring tailored approaches to meet each client’s unique mental health needs.

• Perform thorough assessments to formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients' individual circumstances and family dynamics.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, or mindfulness practices, to deliver effective interventions.

• Maintain transparent and up-to-date documentation, complying with legal standards and ethical guidelines, utilizing our client management system to ensure accuracy.

• Continually evaluate client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborative case consultations to foster a dynamic, supportive work environment and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will involve clients from various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will work particularly with those experiencing anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and general mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
