Key Responsibilities\n

• Interact compassionately with clients experiencing symptoms of severe emotional disorders and major mental illness, conducting thorough assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that cater to the diverse needs of clients, ensuring easy access to additional resources and support services.

• Participate actively as a member of the clinical team, working collaboratively to share client insights and recommendations, while maintaining a strong focus on collective goals.

• Conduct brief, developmentally-appropriate screenings, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that reflect best practices in the mental health field.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to empower clients, encouraging their participation in the recovery process and fostering a sense of agency.

• Maintain timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Identify and address safety concerns for clients and coworkers proactively, taking the necessary steps to mitigate risk.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts as required, providing immediate support for clients in distress.

• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and ensure best practices within the agency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients facing significant mental health challenges, including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Colorado.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required for this position, specifically in delivering mental health services within community settings. Familiarity with telehealth tools and electronic health record (EHR) management systems is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 70,000 and 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
