Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, catering to the diverse needs of individuals, couples, and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at St. Mary Counseling Services, you will predominantly serve individuals and families who have limited access to traditional mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload capabilities.
