Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and evaluations to identify clients' treatment needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Center Light Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. Our client base encompasses various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, recognizing and respecting their individual experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in counseling practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from various demographics.

• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies is preferred.
