Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining trusting therapeutic relationships that adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address concerns, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and updates for each client’s treatment journey.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish a foundation for ongoing care.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, ensuring that each client receives consistent support and guidance.

• Participate in individual supervision, fostering professional growth and reflective practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as necessary to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related discipline is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is mandatory.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing standards in related clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance abuse issues is essential.

• Prior experience in both assessment and diagnosis alongside individual and group therapy is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage, including basic keyboarding skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth counseling platforms and methodologies is a plus, allowing for effective remote client engagement.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• Experience in group therapy settings to facilitate peer support and community engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
