Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and mental health challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software to streamline client care.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure holistic client care and enhance treatment effectiveness.
