Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to devise comprehensive care strategies that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to keep abreast of advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in facilitating access to care for those who might otherwise encounter barriers. Understanding our diverse clientele's backgrounds and unique circumstances is essential as you work to build rapport and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, reflecting your experience and caseload capacity.
