Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Develop customized treatment plans and therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, using evidence-based psychotherapy modalities to facilitate their personal growth.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through various methods, ensuring the techniques align with clients' individual circumstances and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) valid in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context.

• Strong foundational understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, coupled with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
