Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health challenges, including formulating clinical diagnoses and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing various evidence-based modalities, adjusting your approach and techniques to meet the evolving goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing effective strategies to stabilize and support them during critical times.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic and comprehensive approach to client care involving mental health, substance abuse, and social services.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and advocacy for their rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing varied mental health conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By fostering a safe and welcoming space, you will help clients explore their thoughts and feelings openly, guiding them toward healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
