Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in delivering outpatient mental health services.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain strong clinical boundaries and ensure a respectful environment for all clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize client needs.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Preferred Experience\n
