Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing the unique needs of senior clients experiencing various mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety.

• Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and challenges.

• Research and refer clients to appropriate community resources, enhancing their support system and overall well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation including intake summaries, treatment plans, progress notes, and case summaries, adhering to state regulations and community standards.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to collaboratively discuss client cases, treatment strategies, and program evaluations.

• Be available for occasional on-call duties to provide support as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California. Please note that associates licenses are not eligible for this role.

• Proficiency in technology, including telehealth platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on effective communication and documentation skills.

• A strong ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in geriatric mental health care, demonstrating sensitivity to the unique needs of older adults.

• Familiarity with Medicare billing practices and the ability to navigate insurance-related documentation.

• Previous experience using teletherapy as a primary method of delivering mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
