Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Educate young patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to empower them with knowledge and support.

• Document patient progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all records.

• Stay updated on current research and best practices in child and adolescent mental health, integrating new methodologies into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse population of children and adolescents dealing with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. You will work directly with patients' families to develop an understanding of each child's circumstances, promoting a collaborative approach to their mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is mandatory.

• Strong foundation in therapeutic modalities specifically suited for children and adolescents.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health, particularly in settings that focus on child and adolescent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
