Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve children and adolescents experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, and conduct disorders. Your ability to establish rapport and build trust with young clients will be essential in ensuring effective treatment outcomes. As you engage with families, you will also address their concerns and equip them with strategies to support their loved ones in a nurturing capacity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, recognized treatment modalities, and therapeutic frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and family therapy effectively to young patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
