While your base is predominantly remote, you may occasionally visit our outpatient office as needed for team meetings or training sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish the specific needs of children and adolescents seeking help.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each young person's unique circumstances, including their developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, aimed at addressing a wide variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing advanced Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
