Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities to address clients' unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support clients in navigating therapeutic challenges and foster personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated care approach.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients through mental health emergencies, ensuring a responsive and empathetic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral issues. You will engage with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, adapting your interventions accordingly to ensure an inclusive and respectful treatment environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPCC), or psychologist (PhD/PsyD).

• Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic interventions and proven experience in delivering mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $74,000 to $104,000, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on your state licensure. You will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team. Our remote work structure supports a flexible schedule, where you can choose to work between 5-40 hours per week, ensuring a work-life balance that fits your lifestyle.
