Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify patient needs, followed by accurate problem identification, diagnosis, and treatment planning tailored to individual clients.

• Utilize the current DSM to construct effective treatment goals, applying appropriate clinical interventions based on established counseling practices.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities for individual, group, and family counseling to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and substance use disorders, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for diverse populations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance client care, focusing on the relational dynamics of individuals and families while delivering innovative counseling strategies.

• Maintain timely, thorough, and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record systems to ensure seamless service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, across a variety of behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
