This remote full-time position allows for a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, with core hours typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and crisis interventions to assess patient needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient feedback.

• Engage in regular follow-up care for clients, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of treatment.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including the Department of Correction, to provide comprehensive care for patients in custody and proper discharge planning.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, imparting coping strategies and therapeutic techniques to participants.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision with a qualified Clinical Supervisor to enhance skills and professional growth.

• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and case conferences to contribute to coordinated care for patients.

• Supervise social work interns or volunteers, providing guidance and mentorship while enriching their practical experience.

• Fulfill additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisory personnel, ensuring quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will support a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
