Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing consultation and participate in crafting pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support strategies, risk assessments, and medication management plans.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.
\n
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and implement positive behavior support plans effectively.
\n
• Engage with service systems, state agencies, and community partners to establish beneficial relationships that enhance support for clients.
\n
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to maintain open lines of dialogue and alignment with organizational objectives.
\n
• Represent the organization in community events and industry conferences to promote our mission and expand our reach within the mental health community.
\n
• Adhere to and actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet high standards.
\n
• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational needs.

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. You will help clients navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and well-being, utilizing evidence-based approaches that meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing reports in compliance with industry regulations.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team setting.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Sound judgment and the ability to make informed independent decisions based on professional expertise.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling environments is highly favored.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• Previous experience with crisis intervention and management.

• Exposure to or experience in working with various community agencies and mental health resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
