Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work/life balance while serving a vibrant community. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes social workers, case managers, and support staff, collaborating to create individualized care plans for patients. The work schedule generally follows a Monday to Friday routine from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a consistent framework for both you and the clients you serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities focused on the well-being of clients. Key tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations, crisis assessments, and follow-up care for clients.
\n
• Determining and coordinating the appropriate level of mental health care for patients, ensuring they receive the necessary resources.
\n
• Preparing required statistical reports to track patient progress and outcomes.
\n
• Working collaboratively with the Department of Correction to facilitate access and treatment for incarcerated patients.
\n
• Leading group therapy sessions for patients in mental health observation units and directing other treatment modalities as assigned.
\n
• Completing all necessary documentation in accordance with clinic protocols and state regulations.
\n
• Engaging weekly in clinical supervision sessions with a Clinical Supervisor to enhance professional skills and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Participating in interdisciplinary mental health and medical rounds to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
\n
• Engaging in case conferences and contributing to treatment planning for patients undergoing mental health treatment.
\n
• Conducting psychological testing as needed and providing insights based on the assessments.
\n
• Supervising and mentoring social work interns or student volunteers, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.

• Performing additional duties as directed by the Unit Chief, Assistant Unit Chief, or Clinical Supervisor.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with clients across the lifespan, from children to seniors, who present with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. You will play a critical role in promoting recovery and resilience in individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. By utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s needs, you will contribute significantly to their personal journeys toward healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid State license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• A commitment to ethical practice and dedication to continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Luther Psychotherapy Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
