Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the needs of individual clients.

• Provide consultation and guidance in creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, alongside behavioral guidelines and positive behavior support strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and clinical methodologies to evaluate and support client progress effectively.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining necessary clinical records and reports.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic quality and compliance.

• Establish strong communication lines with various stakeholders, including state agencies and local community partners, to enhance client service delivery.

• Promote agency values and philosophy through participation in community initiatives and efforts to secure new partnerships and funding sources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending relevant conferences and representing the agency in statewide task forces and committees.

• Support the Clinic Director in performing additional duties as needed to enhance clinic operations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
