Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, goals, and appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Engage in facilitation of psychoeducational groups aimed at addressing prevalent mental health issues, creating a supportive community environment.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, discussing patient progress in multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and developing follow-up strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
