Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to effectively identify their mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans that address their unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapies, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, addressing all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in distress, demonstrating your ability to provide empathetic care in emergency situations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A deep understanding of cultural competence, with experience and sensitivity in working with multicultural populations.

• Strong organizational skills paired with effective time management, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with telehealth standards.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in a community-based or outpatient context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
